If you live or work in Meade County you are eligible for a free library card. Below are some of the items you can check out and services you take advantage of with your Meade County Public Library Card.
Books, Videos and DVDs, Music CDs, Audio books on Cassette or CD, Computer Games, Playstation 2 & 3, Wii, Xbox and Xbox 360 games, Bookmobile Service, Genealogical resources, Magazines and Newspapers, Twelve Computers with High-Speed internet access, Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. We now have wireless access for our patrons so bring your laptop and enjoy free high-speed internet use.
We also offer:
Fax services- $1.00 per page sent (50¢ with library card), incoming faxes are free!
Copies- 10¢ a page (5¢ for card holders)
Computer Prints- 10¢ per page black and white 5¢ for card holders),
50¢ per page for color (25¢ for card holders)
Notary Services
You must have photo identification and sign documents in front of the notary. She is here most regular business hours Monday through Friday. No charge to library card holders.
